答案是
勞、職保不分本國或是外國籍勞工，只要是合法在臺工作的外籍勞工，雇主都有義務要依勞工保險條例及勞工職業災害保險及保護法規定為其投保。
所以外籍生朋友們在開始工作之前，別忘了要先向雇主確認有沒有幫你投保勞、職保
