☗ 照顧勞工的心，每年6次免費心理諮商接住你

近年來，心理健康議題逐漸受到重視。而生活中的壓力無處不在，其中也包含來自工作的壓力。

勞動部自2015年起，便委託各地區勞工健康服務中心辦理心理諮商服務。今年起，由我們捐助成立的「財團法人職業災害預防及重建中心」接下這一重要任務，並擴大與67家心理諮商機構合作，讓服務更加到位。

只要是《災保法》納保的「工作者」，若遇到職場不法侵害（如職場霸凌）、職場心理調適等相關壓力問題，每人每年都可以申請最多6次的免費心理諮商服務；並根據個案需求或就近心理諮商所，重建中心會進行諮商機構的媒合，確保能及時照顧每位勞工的心理健康。

勞工朋友如遭遇職業災害，於醫療期間與雇主終止勞動契約並退保，得於退保之日起５年內，辦理繼續參加勞工保險。

勞工於續保期間，仍得請領同一職業傷病及其引起疾病之各項職災給付，亦享有勞保普通事故保險的給付保障（勞保傷病給付除外），勞保年資不中斷，也不影響未來請領老年給付的權益。

為減輕遭遇職業災害勞工的保險費負擔：
初次辦理繼續加保者，自加保生效之日起2年內，被保險人僅需負擔20％保險費。
繼續加保2年以上者，被保險人則負擔50％保險費。

If a worker has terminated his/her labor contract with the employer during the period of medical treatment due to occupational accident. He/she may continue to participate in labor insurance. The application should be filed within 5 years since the date of withdrawal from the insurance while receiving medical treatments resulting from such occupational accident.

During the period of continued insurance, the worker is still entitled to claim various occupational accident insurance benefits against the same occupational injury/sickness or the resultant diseases. The insured person, in the meantime, is covered by the labor insurance ordinary insurance (not including injury or sickness benefit.) This ensures the uninterrupted accumulation of the insured period. Neither will the occupational accident impact the rights for old-age benefit in future.

To reduce the premium burden of the workers suffering from occupational accidents:
First-time applicants for continued insurance coverage shall only pay 20% of the premium for the 2 years starting from the effective date of the insurance.
For those with continued insurance of 2 years or more, the insured person shall pay 50% of the premium.

勞保老年給付請領方式，分為按月領取與一次領取，一經核付後，就不能再變更囉！

銀葵爺爺建議大家，老年給付提出申請前，透過勞保局提供之試算服務系統，先行試算一次領取及按月領取年金的金額，務必審慎考慮後再提出申請。

勞保局提供3種試算管道，歡迎多加利用網路試算～
網路試算：登入「勞保局ｅ化服務系統」線上試算。
臨櫃試算：親自攜帶身分證明文件至勞保局各地辦事處臨櫃試算。
郵寄試算：無法使用網路或不便至勞保局辦事處的被保險人，可以檢附身分證明文件影本，以書面方式來函查詢。

試算完畢決定要申請勞保老年給付項目後，申請方式除了書面申請外，也可利用「勞保局e化服務系統」線上申辦，快速又方便！
