職災就診時如果沒有帶相關證件，該如何處理？
：不用緊張~
被保險人因尚未取得職業傷病門診單、住院申請書或全民健康保險卡，或因緊急職業傷病就醫，未能繳交或繳驗所需證件時，應檢具身分證明文件，聲明具有職災保險身分就醫，並先自付醫療費用後，在10天內（不含例假日）或出院前補送證件，全民健康保險特約醫院或診所將會退還所收取的保險醫療費用。

What happens if an insured person does not have relevant identifications with him/her when receiving occupational accident medical treatment?
In the event that an insured person needs medical treatment before acquiring hospitalization/outpatient treatment forms or National Health Insurance card or has no said forms with him/her when receiving medical treatment due to emergency, this insured person shall submit his/her ID and inform the medical institution, prior to the treatment, that he/she is covered by occupational accident. The insured person shall pay for treatment and submit the required documents within 10 business days (or before hospital discharge) to the medical institution. The National Health Insurance hospital or clinic will refund the medical expenses subject to National Health Insurance Program.
