而職業病則為執行職務時，
因暴露於化學性、物理性、生物性、人因性以及其他因子導致身體產生疾病。
如不確定所患傷病是否為工作所致，在申請職業傷病給付前，
可先至勞動部認可之職業傷病診治醫療機構開設之職業傷病門診，
尋求相關諮詢及協助！

Occupational injuries refer to immediate and accidental injuries occurring during work; occupational diseases refer to diseases in the body caused by exposure to chemical, physical, biological, human, and other factors during work. If a worker is unsure whether the disease or injury is caused by his/her job, he/she can visit Specialized Hospitals for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Occupational Injuries and Diseases (SHDTOJDs) to seek consultation or assistance before filing a claim for occupational disease or injury.
