「職業傷病門診單」一定要在一年內使用完畢嗎?

勞工在職保加保期間遭遇職業傷病，

在保險有效期間或保險效力停止後 1 年內，

如因該職業傷病須持續治療，

可持投保單位填發的「職業傷病門診單」，

至健保特約醫院或診所門診治療，

可減免健保規定的部分負擔醫療費用

如果當年度未使用完畢，跨年度也可以繼續使用喔！

Do I have to use the Occupational Injury and Disease Outpatient Form within 1 year

If workers encounter occupational injury and disease while under coverage they may, while under coverage or for a 1 year period after their coverage has ended, seek treatment for the occupational injury. Simply present an Occupational Injury and Disease Outpatient Form issued by their insurance unit to any NHI hospital or outpatient clinic for exemptions to partial medical expenses as provided by NHI

The Occupational Injury and Disease Outpatient Form from the current year can be continue to the following year for use!
