被保險人發生職災導致失能，可以請領失能照護補助嗎？
：被保險人於111年5月1日以後，請領勞工職業災害保險失能給付，或退保後罹患職業病失能津貼，如果失能程度符合勞工保險失能給付標準附表所定第1等級或第2等級的失能項目，且失能狀態列有終身無工作能力者，可請領失能照護補助。
被保險人失能程度如已符合失能照護補助條件，勞保局在寄發失能給付(津貼)核定公文時，會一併檢附「失能照護補助申請書及補助收據」空白用紙，通知被保險人辦理申請手續。
符合失能照護補助條件者，自申請的當月起，按月發給12,400元，最長以5年為限。

If the insured person is disabled due to an occupational accident, is it possible to claim disability support?
: After May 1, 2022, laborers applying for occupational accident insurance claims or disability due to occupational injury after coverage has concluded may claim disability support if their degree of disability meets the requirements of grade 1 or grade 2 disability categories of the labor insurance disability benefit standards and that their disability precludes them from any future employment in their lifetime.
If the insured person’s degree disability meets the conditions of disability support, the Bureau of Labor Insurance will include blank copies of the “Disability Support Application and Subsidy Receipt” along with official documents approving the issuance of disability support (subsidy) to notify the insured person of application procedures.
Those who meet the requirements of disability support shall receive monthly payments of NT$12,400 starting from the current month of application for a maximum period of 5 years.
