職災保險「特別加保制度」，受僱於自然人雇主或自行接案的勞工不漏接！！
鑑於社會勞動型態改變，非典型勞動人口及零工經濟增加，為保障是類勞工的工作生活安全，「勞工職業災害保險及保護法」訂有特別加保制度，受僱於自然人雇主的勞工或實際從事勞動的人員(如工頭僱用的點工或平台外送員)，可以透過下列簡易加保管道參加勞工職業災害保險。
特別加保管道：
1. 統一超商之ibon機台：民眾可至統一超商之ibon機台，選擇特別加保申報專區進行申報。
2. 網路申報：民眾可利用電腦或手機，透過本局官網進入特別加保申報專區(超連結：https://mes.bli.gov.tw/mes/)，免身分驗證即可申報加保。
3. 職業工會：民眾可參考職業工會名冊(超連結：https://www.bli.gov.tw/Files/23100)，選擇任一職業工會辦理特別加保業務
Freelancers or Workers Employed by Natural Persons May Participate in the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance through a Special Enrollment System.
Changes in the forms of employment in the society have led to an increase in the population of non-standard employments or gig-economy. To protect the work and life safety of these workers, a special enrollment system has been established under the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act (Hereinafter referred to as the “Occupational Accident Insurance Act”). Workers hired by natural persons employers or individuals actually engaged in the work may also participate in the Occupational Accident Insurance (Hereinafter referred to as “Occupational Accident Insurance”) through a convenient enrollment channel.
