我已經請領勞保的老年給付了，可以再去申請失業給付嗎 ？
：不行喔！勞工如已領取勞保老年給付，基於社會保險不重複保障原則，不得請領失業給付。
提醒：
已領勞保老年給付者，依規定非屬就業保險適用對象，不得參加就業保險，即不得請領就業保險的各項給付。

被保險人發生職業傷害後，半天工作、半天到醫院復健，取得部分薪資，能不能申請職災保險傷病給付？
職災保險傷病給付是以被保險人遭遇職業傷病致「全日」不能工作4日以上為給付要件，因此，被保險人如發生職災事故，每日仍有工作事實，無論工作時間長短，均不得請領職災保險傷病給付。
After an occupational accident, if the insured person works half a day and goes to hospital for rehabilitation the other half of the day and receives only part of his/her salary, can he/she apply for Injury or Sickness Benefits of labor occupational accident insurance?
One of the payment requirements for injury or sickness benefits of labor occupational accident insurance is that the insured person has been unable to work all day long because of the injury or sickness and more than four days. Therefore, if the insured person suffers occupational accident, and still works every day regardless of how many hours of a day, he/she shall not claim the Injury or Sickness Benefit.
